We reserve the right to update or otherwise modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. You are responsible for checking these policies periodically for changes and updates. Your use of the Sites and Services following such posted changes and updates constitutes acceptance of such changes and updates.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
1) Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We deliver nationally via courier within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Some of our products have included services, that may have distance parameters on which the services are included. If your area of delivery is out of range, we are not liable for any refund whatsoever, due to any service that could not be included, as a result of the parameters.
- Please note that unforeseen circumstances (unfavourable weather, closed roads, public holidays etc.) could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but can happen, therefore 'late' delivery is not a ground or reason for refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order reference, so that we can follow up on the matter.
2) Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
3) Damages
- Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 2 (two) calendar days of such delivery.
